Major Update #6 - LORE SOULS 2/6/2021


ADDED FULLSCREEN (HIT "O"). THERE IS STILL NO PAUSE BUTTON.

ADDED LORE AND TUTORIAL MESSAGES. NOW YOU WILL KNOW ALMOST EXACTLY WHAT RUNES DO.

NEW RUNES:
HAILSTORM - +2 Projectiles, +1 Damage, +50% Bullet Cost
ROAR - +2 Projectiles, +1 Damage, -50% Bullet Lifetime
WAXWANE - Projectiles alternate between arcing left and right. +2 Damage
ECLIPSE - At full health, fire an empowered bullet at the cost of 50% Health.
NEW MOON - Shots made at full Stamina cost 50% less Stamina and deal 20% less damage.
CANNONADE - +50% Bullet Cost, +50% Recoil Distance, +2 Damage, +5 Penetration.
WYRM - +75% Bullet Cost, bullets release trail of shrapnel behind them as they travel. +1 Damage.
DOUBLETAP - Fires a single relatively accurate shrapnel with each click. +1 Shrapnel Damage and Penetration.
CREEP - Creates a random spray of shrapnel with each shot. Provides homing to all shrapnel. Homing strength increases per rune.
METRONOME - Shots alternate between +50% Cost +50% Damage +50% Penetration +50% Size -50% Speed and the inverse.

RUNE BALANCE CHANGES:
BLOOM - Now provides stacking +50% to shrapnel lifetime per rune. Chance to spawn flower decreased from 50% per frame to 33% per frame. Very slightly nerfed lifetime (30-60 frames per rune -> 24-48 frames, flat).
STANDSTILL - Now provides 1 more damage and +20% Bullet Cost per rune.

REASONING: Bloom + Standstill lags the SHIT out of the game because the bullets sit on screen and spawn a bunch of flowers. This should hopefully bring that into line. Also, giving Bloom more synergies with other Shrapnel runes means it doesn't immediately ruin your build but can instead improve it.

CORPSES - Now provides a shrapnel speed increase (25% per rune multiplicative).

REASONING: Falling in line with most other shrapnel-type runes.
